A Bit About Anthony...
Hey there! My name is Anthony LiGregni (he/him), and I am thrilled to be a new member of the Vancouver Counseling Solutions team! I received my Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Louisiana State University and have had the pleasure of working with people from all different backgrounds and stories.

I have experience working with families, adolescents, individuals with substance use disorders, co-occurring diagnoses, domestic violence victims, etc. Working hands-on with clients throughout my studies and professional experiences has been extremely valuable and enjoyable.

I am passionate about helping clients overcome the struggles associated with anxiety and OCD, and advocate for the use of exposure therapies in my practices whenever possible.

Counseling should be a journey, and I will always work to best guide my clients— however, it is them that will be doing the heavy (and most beneficial) lifting. I believe that everyone deserves to understand what they are going through, and that everyone has the ability to feel better. I look forward to being a part of your journey!
