A Bit About Kelsey...
Hey! I’m Kelsey. I’m an MFTA (Marriage and Family Therapy Associate) but my clinical focus has evolved to primarily serve individuals. I embrace a fully integrative and holistic approach to therapy with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) being the cornerstone of my work and continuing education.

My personal journey has been shaped by incredible challenges, including an ongoing battle with chronic illness that led me to losing my colon. Through my own experiences, and being neurodivergent, I’ve found my purpose as a therapist who hopes to understand the complex intersections of physical and mental health. Other areas of my practice include: cannabis use and education, female reproductive and physical health, and child-free living.

In my practice, we utilize a wide variety of therapeutic techniques to support your goals, including but not limited to: somatic, interpersonal, trauma-informed, and attachment and narrative-based. I believe in empowering my clients through psychoeducation, current and ongoing research, and science-based information. Humor and neuro-affirmative practices play a vital role in co-creating a safe and supportive space with my clients as well.

Outside of my professional role as a therapist, I share my life with my three incredible dogs (Scout, Chili, and Penny) and my long-term partner. We enjoy hiking, camping, and backpacking as not only fun and exciting but also as an integral part of self-care and overall well-being. Currently, we are camp-hosting in Eastern Washington for the summer!
