A Bit About Kelsey...
Hello - I’m Kelsey! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate and Child Mental Health Specialist. I hold a Master’s degree from George Fox University and an undergraduate degree in Clinical Counseling from Western Oregon University.
My therapeutic training and approaches include: Narrative therapy; Narrative Play therapy; TheraPlay for parents and children; SandTray therapy; bio and neurofeedback; somatic approaches such as breathing and yoga; parent training and support; and systemic family therapy. I am actively involved in continuing education and training.
My belief is that the relationship we create is the most important aspect of therapy and I work from a person-centered, emotion-focused, trauma informed, and attachment-based foundation. My hope is to provide a safe space for my clients to have new and different experiences while working towards reaching their goals and finding fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
I look forward to sharing an authentic and genuine connection and human experience with you!
