A Bit About Narussia...
Hello, my name is Narussia DeLoach. I identify as a female, woman of color with she/her pronouns. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from Tulane University and have been able to use my knowledge and experiences to guide individuals struggling with a wide range of obstacles. I have experience in areas such as trauma, personality disorders, complex grief, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and more.
By working closely with clients, I am able to help them address an array of mental health disorders. The therapeutic modalities I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, as well as Mindfulness.
As a therapist, there is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing the people I work alongside grow into healthier versions of themselves. My passion for helping others is the foundation of my work and something I value dearly. Our therapeutic environment will be a safe space for you, with plenty of validation, support, and growth.
I would be honored to walk with you through your mental health journey as a compassionate guide, who can help you become the best version of yourself.
