Hila Grinberger

A bit About Hila...

I am a Clinical Mental Health Graduate Intern from Seattle University. My style is warm, open-minded, collaborative, and practical. I aim to walk alongside clients with curiosity and respect, supporting them in understanding the many parts of themselves while building greater self-acceptance, resilience, and well-being.

My developing clinical approach is relational, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered, drawing from existential-humanistic, systems, CBT/ACT, Gestalt, and mindfulness-informed perspectives.

I bring my background in law, and many years of experience as a consultant working with leaders, teams, and professionals navigating pressure, change, conflict, and complex decisions. Before entering the counseling field, I spent much of my career helping people make sense of complexity, which, I have  learned, is also central to therapy, just with fewer PowerPoint decks.

As an immigrant and bilingual Hebrew-English speaker, I attune to questions of identity, belonging, culture, family expectations, and moving between worlds. I am especially interested in working with adults, women, parents and any human being navigating multiple roles, depression, life transitions, grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, parenting, and questions of meaning.
