Hello, my name is Tania Castañón. I am passionate about working with children, young adults, families and the Latino community. I am bilingual in Spanish and also provide Spanish speaking services. I received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Social Work with a certificate in social work with Latino/as from the University of Denver. I have been in the field for over 7 year and have worked in a variety of settings within counseling and therapy, social work, and restorative justice. I have worked with trauma, crisis management, adolescent substance use, adolescents in the criminal justice system, depression, anxiety, restorative justice, self harm, behavioral issues and other areas as needed.
